INSTRUCTIONS. Slide the top cover, over the back and center. Then tilt seat forward and thread straps attached to middle of the seat cover through holes in base plate and attack Velcro to inside of back. Fit seat base cover and connect cross straps with seat tipped forward. Keep straps clear of wires. Also connect both sets of webbing straps through buckles at the front and tighten. Slip armrest covers on and join velcro. Machine wash and hang dry.
